Information this site does not ask for
Spawnroute does not currently require reader accounts and does not operate a newsletter or comment system. You can read the site without submitting your name, email address, or profile information.
Privacy-friendly audience measurement
Spawnroute uses its own first-party measurement to understand which pages are useful and how the five homepage recommendations perform. It records the requested page, time, referring domain, broad device type, homepage impressions, recommendation opens, and clicks to official reading sources.
The analytics system does not store a complete IP address and does not set a dedicated tracking cookie. A one-way identifier derived from limited request information is used to estimate unique visitors. Known automated traffic is marked as bot activity and excluded from human readership figures. Raw analytics events are deleted after 90 days.
Technical delivery and external links
The hosting service may process standard technical request information needed to deliver pages securely and protect the site. External reading platforms have their own privacy practices.
Changes to this notice
If the site later introduces accounts, comments, newsletters, advertising, or other technologies that materially change data handling, this notice will be updated.
